Printing Divison
The printing facility is equipped with machines like MHM fully automatic IQOVAL & 4000 printing machines that can co-ordinate up to 16 colors. It can deliver approx. 8000 pieces / day of pigment, discharge and flock prints and flock combinations to lend the apparel a unique and distinctive feel and look.
We are proud to tell that this is the only bigger size printing machine in Asia.
Embroidery Divison
The embroidery division is responsible for crafting the most intricate pieces of work. The machinery includes 20 Head Tajima machine
Washing Divison
We have a state of the art washing and drying unit, housing the most sophisticated machines for these functions. Capable of handling 800 kgs per day which is equipped to do Enzyme wash, Silicon softeners, Vintage wash, Tea stain wash, Potassium wash KMNO4 and Acid wash etc., These machines are programmed to be gentle to the fabric and also to impart a soft feel.
